Overpriced and definitely not a good deal but I can't help cos I need a hotel room in short notice.

Close to the cathedral and palace, ( 5 mins walk). Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly the young lady in the afternoon, (? Arella). The breakfast was good value and nice to eat on the terrace.

The room was very nice and had a good view. Hotel is conveniently located. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Early check-in was requested & I was told I would be notified. We arrived 1 hour prior to check-in & maid told us we could go in however when we tried to access code wouldn’t work. I called & was told the room needed to be reviewed. We waited outside for someone to review however no one ever came. Code worked at 3pm (check-in time). Very disappointed even more disappointed that refrigerator wasn’t cleaned properly (awful smell) & one of the pillows was dirty. Had to wait for an hour for someone to come back & clean. TV had constant issues when we were in.room taking breaks throughout the day especially with Netflix shutting down, Pictures show rooms as prestige however that’s not what we encountered. In addition to above couch could have been better cleaned. It had lint & hair on it. If you book bring Lysol wipes. Customer service was not the best as I had to repeatedly contact over same issue multiple times during my vacation. No one should have to take time during vacation to deal with these tissues. .
